The Mission of the office of leadership development in the Inter American Division is to develop high performance, competent leaders who are committed to achieving excellence and inspiring unity, growth, quality of life and discipleship, emulating servant leadership characteristics as modeled by Jesus.

The vision of the office of leadership development in the Inter American Division is for every elected administrator of Local Fields, Unions and Division and Union operated Institution to model servant leadership characteristics serving as models in developing other leaders to assume leadership responsibilities within the organization.

The office of Leadership Development seeks to prepare proactive servant leaders who model Christ-like interpersonal relationships, demonstrate integrity, respect, humility, compassion, fairness, commitment, loyal to God and His church, value time, and are upright and honest, observing ethical practices.
